摘  要：教师在线教学胜任力水平是教学质量提高的关键，是推动高校创新创业教育质量提升的核心要素。将胜任力引入到高校在线教学师资队伍建设中，对改善教师管理，提升教师岗位胜任力，提高在线教学质量，加快人才评价机制改革有重要意义。文章结合教育环境的变化与教育改革的发展趋势，基于教师在线教学胜任力构成的核心要素，探讨高校教师在线教学过程中取得高绩效所须具备深层次胜任力面临的挑战，并从在线教学能力、知识素养、在线教学角色、线上线下“新型教学空间”、信息化能力水平、在线教学评价机制方面提出高校教师在线教学胜任力提升的对策措施。

Abstract：The competency level of online teaching is the key to improve the teaching quality， which is the core element to promote the quality improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The introduction of competency into the construction of online teaching faculty in universities is of great significance to improve teacher management， enhance teacher post competency， improve online teaching quality， and accelerate the reform of talent evaluation mechanism. Based on the core elements of teachers' online teaching competency， this article combines the changes in the educational environment and the development trend of educational reforms， explores the challenges faced by university teachers in order to achieve high performance in the process of online teaching， which proposes countermeasures to improve the online teaching competency of university teachers from the aspects of online teaching ability， knowledge literacy， online teaching role， online and offline new-style teaching space， informatization capability level， and online teaching evaluation mechanism.

新冠疫情沖击了传统教学秩序，对高校教师教学产生了全方位的影响和改变[1]。新一代信息技术为知识传播提供了强有力的工具，MOOC、同步课堂、微课、直播课堂等在线课堂、在线教育的这场教育革命对高校教师是否具备足够的教学能力提出了更高要求。“停课不停学”需要以改革的精神，以学生为中心，改变教学方式，探索新型教育教学模式。

高校教师教学胜任力是胜任力研究的拓展方向之一[2]。教学胜任力作为高校教师胜任力结构中的重要特质群，是学校评优与绩效考核的衡量标准，为高校教师评价提供依据，决定着高校教学质量的高低，是促进教育教学水平提升、实现教育现代化的关键力量[3]。……
