摘  要：产教融合是近年来国家教育制度改革和应用型人才培养的基本制度安排。新建本科院校艺术设计专业产教融合实施过程中，在课程体系、实践教学、应用型科研等方面存在一系列问题。构建以技术逻辑为主线的应用型模块化课程体系;搭建校企双方“共建共享”“共管共治”的实践教学共同体;建设校企合作的应用型科研团队和平台;加强和完善产教融合制度建设，明确校企双方权利和义务是新建本科院校艺术设计专业产教融合的可行性路径。

Abstract： The integration of production and education is the basic institutional arrangement of national education system reform and talents training in recent years. There are a series of problems in the curriculum system， practical teaching， and applied research and so on in implementation the system of production and education in newly-built universities. It is feasible to construct the application-oriented modular curriculum system with the technical logic as the main line， build the practical teaching community of "co-construction and sharing" and "co-management and co-governance" between the school and the enterprise， build the applied scientific research team and platform school-enterprise， strengthen and improve the system construction in integration of production and education， and clarify the rights and obligations of both sides of the University and enterprise.

黨的十九大报告指出：深化产教融合、校企合作。2017年国务院印发《国家教育事业发展“十三五”规划》其中明确，推动具备条件的普通本科学校向应用型转变，把办学模式转到产教融合、校企合作上来。同年12月，《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》进一步明确了产教融合的总体要求和发展格局，推动学科专业建设与产业转型升级相适应，大力发展数字创意、智能制造等产业急需紧缺学科。2019年9月《教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》要求，进一步强化实践育人，深化产教融合、校企合作，建成一批对区域和产业发展具有较强支撑作用的高水平应用型高等学校，产教融合成为近年来国家教育制度改革和应用型人才培养的基本制度安排。

新建本科院校是教育部2000年以后批准设立的本科高校，据教育部相关数据显示，自2000年至2019年，全国共有新建本科院校702所，占全国本科院校的56.48%。……
