摘 要：对安徽某高校2019届458名毕业生就业过程中的心理资本水平进行问卷调查，研究发现大学生就业过程中心理资本状况良好。运用定量分析方法对大学生积极心理资本及维度的影响因素进行差异性分析，分析表明影响路径受到性别、年龄、生源地、专业背景等因素的影响，而且各个因素影响方向和程度均不相同;采用probit和logit方法进行实证分析，实证结果表明：积极心理资本及其控制变量对大学生就业有显著影响。提出可以通过有针对性的开发大学生积极心理资本总量及各维度，促进大学生就业。

On the Impact of  College Students  Positive Psychological Capital on Their Employment

——Based on  an empirical analysis of a University in Anhui province

Abstract： University graduates are found to boost proper psychological capital in job-hunting according to a questionnaire survey on the psychological capital level for 458 graduates of a university in Anhui province. Using quantitative analysis method， this paper analyzes the differences of college students' positive psychological capital as well as the influential factors in four dimensions. And the analysis shows that the influential path goes with demographic variables such as gender， age， candidate source and professional background which work in different direction and scale. Besides， this paper conducts empirical research with probit and logit models， and the result of the research shows that positive psychological capital and its controllable variables have a significant influence on college students'  employment. It is proposed that the total amount and various dimensions of positive psychological capital of college students can be developed to promote the employment of college students.

一、問题提出

积极心理资本近几年来已成为学界研究的焦点。很多研究者从不同角度证明心理资本能够提高人的心理健康、幸福感和工作绩效等。Luthans曾指出，个体的心理资本是可更新的、互补的，甚至是有协同效应的。心理资本高的个体能够灵活地运用自身的各种能力来适应和满足工作的动态要求，同时，个体的心理资本也能让人体验到更强烈的胜任感和幸福感。从Luthans的观点我们可以看出，心理资本可以提高人的工作能力且具有较为重要的作用，但是，工作能力并不完全就等同于就业。……
