摘 要：疫情防控期间，如何实现“停课不停教、停课不停学”是全国教育系统共同面临的任务和挑战。文章概述了疫情防控背景下黄山学院教学管理工作的实施状况，归纳了其实施线上教学的成功经验，进而对疫情防控背景下高校如何进行教学管理改革与创新进行了思考并提出了建议，以期为我国高等院校线上教学工作的开展及教学管理模式的实施提供些許启发。

Abstract： During the period of epidemic prevention and control， how to achieve "stopping classes without stopping teaching， and closing classes without stopping school" is a common task and challenge faced by the national education system. This article introduces the specific implementation process of Huangshan University's teaching management in the context of epidemic prevention and control in detail， and considers how to reform and innovate teaching management in colleges and universities in the context of epidemic prevention and control， and puts forward suggestions， hoping to provide some inspiration for the development of online teaching and the implementation of teaching management models in colleges and universities in China.

从2019年12月新型冠状病毒感染病例出现至2021年3月10日17时，根据我国31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团的报告，我国累计报告确诊病例102161例。面对疫情，教育部应对新冠病毒感染肺炎疫情工作领导小组办公室迅速做出应对，于2020年1月27日要求各地大中小学校推迟春季开学时间，于1月29日提出“停课不停教、停课不停学”，印发《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》，指出“各高校应充分利用上线的慕课和省、校两级优质在线课程教学资源，在慕课平台和实验资源平台服务支持带动下，依托各级各类在线课程平台、校内网络学习空间等，积极开展线上授课和线上学习等在线教学活动，保证疫情防控期间的教学进度和教学质量。……
