摘  要：新课标下，学生成为课堂的主力军，要求培养学生自主合作学习的能力，发挥学生主动性。小学阶段数学教学是锻炼学生思维，为数学学习奠定基础的时期，因此，探究新式的数学教学方法，开拓数学思维是非常重要的，小组合作学习成为教师教学的重要手段，以此改变传统灌输式教育方式，创新教学方法，引起学习数学的热情，拓展学生的思维，提高学习效果。

Analysis on the Application Strategy of Group Cooperative Learning in Primary School Mathematics Classroom Teaching

【Abstract】Under the new curriculum standard，students become the main force in the classroom. It is required to cultivate studentsability of independent cooperative learning and give play to students initiative. Elementary school mathematics teaching is to exercise the student thought，to lay the foundation of mathematics study period，therefore，to explore new teaching methods，it is very important to develop mathematical thinking，become the important means of teachers teaching，cooperative learning group to change traditional force-feeding education mode，innovation teaching methods，cause the enthusiasm of learning mathematics，expand students thinking and improve the learning effect.

1.小学数学课堂教学中小组合作学习的运用现状

（1）教师对小组合作学习的理解度不高，不能合理使用。小组合作学习作为一种新颖的教学手段，在我国教育领域已有多年的应用历史，但部分教师依然对它不甚理解。在应用过程中，不能为学生进行有效分组，不能在小组内部形成分工，进行充分讨论;甚至有部分教师对小组合作学习的理解就是让学生回答问题，因此将所有问题都交给学生讨论回答，引起学生的疲态，不能有效参与。

（2）学生的热情和参与度不高。小组合作学习的目标就是调动学习热情，让学生积极自主地参与到合作中来，但在教学实际中大多数学生在教师说小组讨论时聊天说话，小组合作学习成为学习劲头足、学习习惯好的同学的主场，发言和总结只是优秀学生的专利，其他学生扮演着倾听的角色，因此，尽管外表繁华，实则不能带来多大的效果，学生并不能掌握合作学习的能力，失去了自我思考，自我判断的能力。……
