【摘  要】随着线上教学的不断改革实施，教育教学工作开启了一个新的模式。数学教学与信息技术要有机结合，立足小学生身心发展规律，着眼于数学课程教学内容，制定灵活的教学策略，才能有效改善数学学业困难学生的学习状况，提升教学质量。

Research on the Strategy of Combining Mathematics and Information Technology to Improve Students with Academic Difficulties

【Abstract】With the continuous reform and implementation of online teaching， education and teaching work has opened a new model. Mathematics teaching and information technology should be organically combined， based on the law of pupils physical and mental development， focusing on the teaching content of mathematics courses， and formulating flexible teaching strategies， in order to effectively improve the learning conditions of students with difficulties in mathematics and improve the quality of teaching.

互聯网和信息技术的发展为小学数学教育提供了载体。组织线上教学时，教师要细致分析小学阶段学生的身心发展规律，有效针对线上教学过程中数学学业困难学生的问题，有的放矢，不断优化教学活动。在教学过程中，还要增强学生的学习体验，丰富教学手段，创新教学方法，使学生在兴趣盎然的数学学习过程中主动获取知识，培养学生合作创新的实践能力，促进学生全面健康地发展。

一、新时期开展线上教学的可行性分析

1.互联网和信息技术的发展、移动智能终端设备的普及，为实施线上教学提供了基础。教育教学在现代化和信息化的过程中取得了一定的建设成果，教师与学生之间突破了传统课堂教学空间、时间的限制。家庭宽带网络和智能终端设备的完善，为线上教学提供了硬件保障。线上教学各类应用软件的开发，为线上教学提供了实施的基础。

2.家庭教育的高度重视，为线上教学质量提供了有力辅助。家庭高度重视教育，父母愿用更多的时间陪伴孩子学习，学生能够及时得到家庭教育的指导，这弥补了学生智能设备操作的短板，为线上教学实施提供了保障。……
