摘要：本研究以翻转课堂教学模式在初中篮球校本课教学中的学生为研究对象，通过文献资料法、实验法、数据统计等方法进行研究，最终通过实验教学从学生的学生的体能数据、篮球技术水平几个方面进行测试对比研究，最终得出以下结论：研究通过对比实验组和对照组学生的各项测试指标变化发现，翻转课堂教学模式比传统教学模式在提高学生篮球体能、技术等方面效果明显，因此在初中篮球校本课教学中应用可行。

Abstract This research takes the students of the overturned classroom teaching model in the junior high school basketball school-based teaching as the research object， through the methods of literature， experiment， data statistics， etc. ， finally through the experimental teaching from the students'physical strength data， the basketball technical level several aspects to carry on the test contrast research， finally， the following conclusions were drawn： The study found that the students in the control group and the experimental group were better than those in the control group， compared with the traditional teaching mode， the flipped classroom teaching mode has a better effect in improving students'basketball physical ability and skills， so it is feasible to apply it in the school-based teaching of basketball in junior middle school.

当前在中小学教学中，尤其是体育教学中，传统的组织与教学模式已渐渐地无法满足当代学生的体育学习的基本需求，迫切需求在组织形式与教学模式上得到创新。翻转课堂教学模式就是在这种需求下诞生的一种新型教学模式，这种教学模式颠覆了传统体育教学中以教师为中心、学生被动进行学习的教学模式，学生成为主角，充分发挥学生的主观能动性和自主学习的能力。

一、研究对象与方法

（一）研究对象

本研究以翻转课堂教学模式在初中篮球校本课教学中的实验为主要研究对象。

（二）研究方法

1.文献资料法

笔者利用网络资源，查阅相关文献资料，为本研究的进行提供坚实的理论支撑。

2.实验法

利用實验法对翻转课堂教学模式在初中篮球校本课教学中的应用进行实验研究，并对实验结果进行记录分析。

3.数理统计法

利用Excel、Spss对文献资料查阅以及实验研究获取的相关数据信息进行整理记录，以便在研究中展示研究结果，使结果更加直观，便于分析。……
