摘  要：数学作为贯穿学生学习生涯的重要学科，对学生解决生活问题以及更好的适应社会发挥着重要的作用。而小学数学作为数学学习的最佳时期，只有学好小学阶段的数学知识，才能为以后的数学学习奠定坚实的基础。在小学数学教学中，教学设计是最重要的一大教学环節，是数学教师开展数学教学活动中教学思想以及方案的重要体现，也是小学数学教学活动得以有效开展的重要基础和前提，为了能够有效的迎合新课改对小学数学教学的新要求，提高教学设计有效性是十分有必要的。教学设计的有效性是保证小学数学课堂有效性提升的重要基础，但实际上小学数学教学设计中还存在一定的不足，这就需要教师要加强探索，本篇文章主要分析小学数学教学设计的有效性。

【Abstract】Mathematics，as an important subject throughout students' learning career，plays an important role in solving life problems and better adapting to society. As the best period of mathematics learning，primary school mathematics can lay a solid foundation for future mathematics learning only by learning mathematics knowledge in primary school. In primary school mathematics teaching，teaching design is the most important teaching link. It is an important embodiment of teaching ideas and programs in mathematics teachers' mathematics teaching activities. It is also an important basis and premise for the effective development of primary school mathematics teaching activities. In order to effectively meet the new requirements of the new curriculum reform for primary school mathematics teaching，it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of teaching design Yes. The effectiveness of teaching design is an important basis to ensure the effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom，but in fact，there are still some shortcomings in primary school mathematics teaching design，which requires teachers to strengthen exploration. 教学设计，是课堂教学活动有效开展的重要保障，同时也是提高课堂教学水平和效率的重要路径。对于小学数学教学来说，教学设计更为重要，直接影响着学生的学习积极性以及课堂的学习效率，据调查显示目前小学数学教学中，教学设计也存在一定的缺陷，对小学数学课堂教学活动的开展产生了很大的阻碍，所以教师必须要重视教学设计，并探索有效的策略和方法提高教学设计的有效性，进而为数学课堂教学活动的开展提供重要的保障，推动小学数学课堂教学活动的高效发展。……
