【摘 要】近年来，随着高校实验室迅猛发展，实验设备增多、人员流动大，造成实验室安全管理和安全教育相对滞后、安全隐患增多。结合高校实验室安全教育现状，通过实施“安全第一、预防为主”的理念，探讨了高校安全教育的特点、方式等多方面内容，加强实验室安全教育，培养师生员工的安全意识、实验操作和应急能力、提升安全素质，以创造安全和谐的实验环境，更好地为教学科研提供服务。

Exploration on Enhancing the Laboratory Safety Education in Universities and Colleges

【Abstract】In recent years， with the rapid development of university laboratory， the experimental equipment and the flow of personnel increased. It caused the laboratory safety management and safety education is lagging behind， and also increased security risks. The characteristics and ways etc. on safety education were discussed according to the current situation of the laboratory safety education and the concept "safety first， prevention first".

Enhancing the laboratory safety education can improve the safety consciousness， experimental ability， emergency power and safety quality of laboratory workers， teachers and students. It contribute to create a safe and harmonious experimental environment， and provide better service for teaching and scientific research.

1 高校实验室安全教育的现状和重要性

安全是一切活动的前提条件，它的重要性是不言而喻的，但是人们常常会因为眼前的安逸，而淡化安全意识，或者由于缺乏安全知识，“无知者无畏”，导致安全事故时有发生，高校实验室在师生进行教学科研工作和培养学生创新实践技能方面发挥着无可替代的重要作用。由于高校实验室中存有着大量仪器设备、试剂耗材，加之人员流动较多，易造成安全风险，安全事故时有发生，集中反映出部分高校实验室在消防、危险化学品管理等領域存在薄弱环节。目前各级教育主管部门和高校已经认识到实验室安全的重要性和迫切性，逐步加大高校实验室安全环保方面的硬件投入，力争建立起完善的消防安全设施和监控系统，但普通对实验室安全教育方面的力度不够，没有将高校实验室安全教育纳入人才培养目标和常规教育体系中。目前师生中仍然普遍存在重教学科研、轻安全环保的思想，实验操作过程中图方便、怕麻烦，心存麻痹大意和侥幸思想，使安全教育浮于表面、安全检查流于形式。……
