摘  要：“翻转课堂”是近年来新兴的一种教学模式，它的构建与应用，一方面是对以往传统教学弊端予以的改善与突破，拉近了师生间的距离，密切了师生关系，另一方面也是提升课堂教学效率和质量的有效措施。在核心素养背景下，凸显出不一样的价值和意义。基于此，该文主要就中学体育教学“翻转课堂”模式构建进行研究，提出基于核心素养视角下的多干教学的建议，旨在给一线教育工作者提供有效有力的参考。

Research on the Construction of "Flipped Classroom" Mode in Middle School Physical Education Teaching

Abstract： "Flipped classroom" is a new teaching mode in recent years. Its construction and application， on the one hand， is to improve and break through the shortcomings of traditional teaching， shorten the distance between teachers and students， close the relationship between teachers and students， on the other hand， it is also an effective measure to improve the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching. In the context of core literacy， highlight different values and significance. Based on this， this paper mainly studies the construction of "flipped classroom" mode of middle school physical education teaching and puts forward the suggestions of multi-disciplinary teaching based on the perspective of core literacy， aiming to provide effective and powerful reference for front-line educators.

中學体育教学中构建“翻转课堂”，是对以往传统教学模式予以的突破。“翻转课堂”简单来讲就是对以往教师讲—学生学这一顺序进行的翻转和颠倒。“翻转课堂”对学生的主体性和教师的引导性作用予以了强调，主要是以网络为载体进行教学的一种模式，潜移默化地培养了学生的自学能力，强化了师生间的沟通与交流。

1  “翻转课堂”概述

1.1 何为翻转课堂

翻转课堂，“翻转”寓意着颠覆和颠倒，指代学习方式上的颠倒、课堂主客体地位的颠倒，等等。最主要的特点是，教师不再是占用课堂时间的主体，而是将课堂时间、空间更多地交还于学生，学生本是课堂教学的对象、学习的主人，只因受到错误教学观念的影响才会长期处于教学被动地位，而翻转课堂的出现，使得传统教学格局将不复存在。值得一提的是，翻转课堂下的学生有了更多的学习自由、有了更多的学习空间和时间，可逐渐摆脱对教师的强烈依赖，学习自主能力将得到有效培养和提升，有利于学生学好知识、掌握并运用知识，可实现素质教育目标，有利于学生全面发展。……
