摘  要：受疫情影响，高校毕业生就业工作带来严峻困难和挑战，导致高校毕业生就业市场招聘缩减、考编考研延期、焦虑情绪上升、线下招聘暂停等问题，使得高校文科生“稳就业”工作增加了难度。因此，拓宽就业渠道、搭建网上平台、深挖岗位资源、做实精准帮扶将有效地解决高校毕业生的就业率难题。随着疫情的持续影响，对我国经济造成了严重冲击，加之中美贸易摩擦的叠加，使得高校毕业生就业工作面临着多重挑战。

Study on the Countermeasures of Employment in Colleges and Universities under the Influence of Epidemic Situation

Abstract： Affected by the epidemic situation， the employment work of college graduates has brought severe difficulties and challenges， leading to the reduction of employment market recruitment， the delay of editing and postgraduate entrance examination， the rise of anxiety， and the suspension of offline recruitment， which makes the "stable employment" of liberal arts students in colleges and universities more difficult. Therefore， broadening employment channels， building online platform， digging job resources， and providing accurate assistance will effectively solve the problem of employment rate of college graduates. With the continuous impact of the epidemic， it has caused a serious impact on China's economy， and the superposition of trade friction between China and the United States makes the employment of college graduates face multiple challenges.

高校毕业生就业工作事关高等教育的可持续发展，关乎大数据下的信息技术进步带来的云招聘等新生态就业形势。因此，为了毕业生顺利毕业、尽早就业，探讨研究新冠肺炎疫情下高校毕业生就业工作的对策问题，从而进一步提升高水平高质量大学建设十分必要和急迫。

1  分析数据情况做好就业研判

2020年全国普通高校毕业生874万，同比去年增长40万，毕业生数量大幅增长，表明了就业形势更加严峻，竞争也更加激烈。以广东石油化工学院为例，是以理工科专业为主的市属高校，尤其存在着文科专业就业难的现状。高校毕业生就业工作，关关乎高校毕业生自身利益，关乎高等教育事业发展，关乎社会可持续发展。高校数量和高效毕业生人数占全国高校的主体部分，高校毕业生就业情况的好坏直接关系到全国高校毕业生工作的全局。……
