摘  要：“生活即教育”是陶行知提出的“生活教育”思想三大原理中非常重要的一环，根据幼儿对医院的经验和愿景，教师和幼儿创设了医院的角色游戏。在角色游戏中，幼儿通过扮演不同的角色，不断地扩大着他们的交往空间，丰富着他们的游戏内容……而游戏对于幼儿的智力、能力、个性、社会交往、自我意识的发展都有着重要的意义，游戏是促进幼儿各领域学习与发展的，使他们成为有能力的公民的有效途径。

Grow up in the ''Experience'' From a Child's Perspective

【Abstract】“Life is education” is a very important link in the three principles of “life education”proposed by Tao Xingzhi. According to childrens experience and vision of the hospital，we created a hospital role game with children. In role-playing games，children constantly expand their communication space and enrich the content of their games by playing different roles. And the game for their intelligence，ability，personality，social communication，the development of self-awareness are of great significance，the game is to promote childrens learning and development in all fields，so that they become capable citizens of an effective way.

（3）游戏中不断添置的新材料。一天打完针的佳佳护士跑来问笔者：“老师，这个胶布应该扔到哪里呢？”最近垃圾分类的宣传正盛，班里的幼儿也时常会冒出“香蕉皮扔哪里”“餐巾纸扔哪里”的疑问，这也难怪佳佳会问出这样的问题，“医院的垃圾可不能乱扔，我们教室里只有可回收和其他垃圾。”骎骎说。“收垃圾啦，收垃圾……”远远地传来了宸宸的声音，佳佳问：“你知道这个扔哪里吗？”宸宸说：“要等专门回收的人来哦。”说着宸宸离开了。游戏后笔者问幼儿这样一个问题：“我们美工区的胶带是什么垃圾呢？”“是纸吧，是干垃圾吗？”小铱这样问我，答案是肯定的。“那医院的胶布是什么垃圾呢？”小雅告诉我：“他们专门要被扔在一个黄色的垃圾桶里。”其实我们都知道作为医院中当作胶布的纸胶带其实是干垃圾的一种，但是如果处在医院这样一个游戏情境中，胶布属于医疗垃圾，是有害垃圾的一种，需要集中地回收与处理。
