摘  要：随着社会“考研热”的出现，我国研究生招生规模也在日益扩大。研究生是未来科研发展的中坚力量，培养质量的好坏直接影响科技发展进步。随着研究生人数和规模的逐渐扩大，硕士研究生的学位论文质量及其全过程管理愈加困难。该文在从学校、导师和学生等多方位对硕士学位论文质量下降的原因做出了基本分析的基础上，提出了硕士学位论文质量全过程管理的建议和看法。

Exploration and Research on Controlling the Quality of Master Degree Thesis and the Whole Process Management

Abstract：With the emergence of the social"Postgraduate entrance exam fever"， China's graduate student enrollment scale is expanding day by day. As a large number of graduate students are the backbone of future scientific research development， the quality of graduate student training directly affects the progress of science and technology development. With the expansion of the number and scale of graduate students， it is more and more difficult to manage the dissertation quality and the whole process. Based on the basic analysis of the reasons for the decline of the quality of master's thesis by schools， tutors and students， this paper puts forward some suggestions and views on the whole-process management of the quality of master's thesis.

研究生教育位于国民教育的上层，是新时代培养高层次、高素质人才以及科学技术创新的重要阵地;研究生教育同样也是我国实现“科教兴国”与“人才强国”战略的重要一环。提升研究生的教育质量，促进研究生教育健康地可持续发展，可增加科研人才储备，许多发达国家都投入了大量的公共资源用于发展研究生教育。我国的研究生教育经过了数十年的探索，已建立較为完善的学位制度及体系;在学位授予方面上《中华人民共和国学位条例》中有着清晰简练的规定，即为“硕士或博士须通过对应学位的课程考试和论文答辨，成绩合格，并达到相应学术水平，方可授予硕士或博士学位”[1]。随着社会的发展以及教育层次的提升，研究生的学位论文要求也在逐步提高，尤其是随着近年来各类学位论文不端行为曝光后，教育部对学位论文提出了更为严格的要求。……
