摘  要：随着现代网络信息技术的迅速发展，传统物流逐渐向第三方物流转变，第三方物流将是整个供应链的未来。目前粤港湾大湾区第三方物流虽取得较大的成就，但还存在一些因素制约其发展。文章简要介绍了粤港澳大湾区第三方物流发展现状，分析了粤港澳大湾区第三方物流发展过程中存在的问题，并在此基础上为粤港澳大湾区第三方物流企业的发展提出相应的对策。

Abstract： With the rapid development of modern network information technology， the traditional logistics is gradually transforming to the third party logistics， the third party logistics will be the future of the whole supply chain. At present， although the third party logistics in Guangdong Bay Area has made great achievements， there are still some factors restricting its development. This paper briefly introduces the development status of the third-party logistics in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area， analyzes the problems existing in the development of the third-party logistics in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area， and on this basis， puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the development of the third-party logistics enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

随着现代物流企业外部市场的需求和发展方式的变革，传统的物流模式已经跟不上现代物流企业发展的步伐，“第三方物流”逐渐受到大家的青睐和重视。第三方物流企业制定标准化的合同，拥有专业的设备和设施，针对消费者的发展和竞争需求为他们提供个性化的物流服务，于是很多企业将部分业务外包给第三物流公司，这样就可以集中精力发展自己公司的核心业务，有利于公司的资金周转，同时实现公司资源的优化配置。第三方物流的出现使物流效率和效益得到了提高，并且促进了整个供应链的科学化管理，总之第三方物流公司用较低的成本为消费者提供优质的服务，达到降费增效的作用。

粵港澳大湾区由两个特别行政区（香港、澳门）和广东省九个城市（广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、惠州、东莞、中山、江门、肇庆）组成，建设大湾区是为了加深港澳地区与内地的交流合作，让港澳地区参与国家的发展，保持国家的长期繁荣[1]。……
