【摘    要】教师作为教学的主导者，教学能力和教学水平对整个教学质量有着非常重要的作用。在小学数学教学过程中，教师的教学设计能力的提升对于小学生学习数学的效率有着至关重要的影响。在当前素质教育不断推进，科学技术水平不断发展的背景下，良好的教学设计能力是教师教学的前提和基础，本文就围绕教师的教学设计能力提升进行详细的分析和论述。

【Abstract】As teachers are the leaders of teaching， teaching ability and teaching level play a very important role in the overall teaching quality. In the process of elementary school mathematics teaching， the improvement of teachers' teaching design ability has a vital impact on the efficiency of primary school students' learning mathematics. In the context of the continuous advancement of quality education and the continuous development of science and technology， a good teaching design ability is the prerequisite and foundation of teachers' teaching. This article will focus on the improvement of teachers' teaching design ability to carry out a detailed analysis and discussion.

所谓的教学设计能力就是教师在进行教学之前，根据教学内容和学生的实际情况，明确教学目标，把握教学方向，融合多种教学模式和方法，开展合理科学的教学流程和内容设计，并通过学生的反馈和实际教学情况进行不断调整和优化，促进教学效率和质量的提升。教学设计能力是教师要不断进行学习和提升的重要内容，一定要引起重视和关注。

一、深入研究提升教师设计能力素养
