【摘    要】初中阶段的教育活动处于较为重要的过渡阶段，不仅是学生吸收知识点的重要时期，也是培育学生健全人格的关键阶段。随着新课标中有关“核心素养”要求的发展，初中阶段的教学模式也要不断创新发展。家庭教育与校园教育受到了社会大众的广泛关注，要实现家校合同教育共同体的目标，也要家长与学校加强沟通交流，为实现目标而共同努力。本文主要基于家校合作的现状 ，有针对性地提出完善家校合作体系的重要策略。

An Analysis of Family-School Cooperation Strategies Based on Core Accomplishment

【Abstract】The educational activities at the junior high school stage are in a relatively important transitional stage. It is not only an important period for students to absorb knowledge， but also a key stage for cultivating students' healthy personality. With the development of the "core literacy" requirements in the new curriculum standards， the teaching mode at the junior high school stage should also continue to innovate and develop. Family education and campus education have received widespread attention from the general public. To achieve the goals of the home-school contract education community， parents and schools need to strengthen communication and work together to achieve the goals. This article is mainly based on the current situation of home-school cooperation， and puts forward an important strategy to improve the home-school cooperation system.

一、“家校合作”在培養学生核心素养层面的重要作用

首先，从文化教育层面来说，初中生的主要任务是掌握更多更深奥的知识点，为更高层次的学习活动奠定基础。学校的教学活动只是学生学习生涯的一部分，家庭环境中的学习与进步，也是较为重要的内容，因此，加强家校互动是培养学生文化素养的重要方式，是保证学生累积更多理论知识的重要渠道。在家长的监督与支持下，学生能更积极地运用课堂上所学到的理论知识，从而及时全面地巩固教学知识点，增强学生动手能力。

其次，从家长、学校、学生三方面来看，三者的关系较为密切又存在许多矛盾，许多家长对学校的教学方式不够了解，导致家长在家中对学生进行的教育活动与学校的教育目标相悖，学校与家长的矛盾逐渐深化。通过家校合作的方式，让家长对学校的教育模式有更深入的了解，通过与学校的互动和沟通，将两者的教育方式进行融合，不断优化现阶段的教育模式，从而达到提高学生核心素养的目标。……
