【摘    要】现代信息技术作为一种高效的科学技术，能够加强其辅助教学技术，能够很好地解决一些传统的教育上的问题，小学体育教师可以利用信息技术进行教学，还能加强一些运动的训练，以此提高教学的实质效果。作为小学体育教师，应该加强相关内容的挖掘，以此改善当前的教学效果，从而实现信息技术与体育的全面整合。

【Abstract】As an efficient science and technology， modern information technology can strengthen its auxiliary teaching technology， and can well solve some traditional education problems. Primary school physical education teachers can use information technology to teach and at the same time strengthen some sports training ， In order to improve the actual effect of teaching. As a primary school physical education teacher， we should strengthen the exploration of related content to improve the current teaching effect， so as to realize the comprehensive integration of information technology and physical education.

随着当前时代的不断发展与进步，现代信息技术已经能够融入现代社会发展的各个领域，现代信息技术具有较强的科学性，其发挥着重要的作用，给人们的生活带来一定的便利。在当前教育行业中可以利用信息技术，可以更好地展开实践与探索加强相关内容的整合，以此满足当前学生对于知识的需求。将信息技术运用在小学体育与健康教学中能够起到良好的推动作用，以此提高课堂的教学效率。

一、现代信息技术与小学体育的关系

当前信息技术的出现给教育行业带来了便利，但是同样也出现较多的问题，丰富网络信息内容有利于学生更好地接受新的知识内容，但是也使一部分学生沉迷于当前的网络世界，再加之一些不良的信息给学生的思想带来极大的影响。现代信息技术是一把双刃剑，它有利于教育工作的全面展开，同时也会給学生的学习带来一定影响。问题的主要原因有以下两点。……
