【摘    要】一个班级，就是一个整体、一个大家庭，而班主任就是这个大家庭的引领者。小学阶段作为学生成长过程中的基础性阶段，对学生未来的成长与正确的思想观念形成具有重要的意义。因此，小学班主任不应过分关注学生的学习成绩、班级秩序，更应该重视学生价值观念与核心素养的教育。这就要求班主任教师在管理班级时，以学生的实际情况作为出发点，了解学生的成长规律，从学生的角度考虑问题，构建出一个平等、活泼、公平的班级环境，从而促进学生的综合性发展。本文也将会对小学班主任班级管理手段的创新与实践进行分析与阐述。

A Brief Talk on the Innovation and Practice of Class Management of Primary School Teachers

【Abstract】A class is a whole， a big family， and the head teacher is the leader of this big family. As a basic stage in the growth of students， the elementary school stage is of great significance to the future growth of students and the formation of correct ideas. Therefore， the primary school head teacher should not pay too much attention to the students' academic performance and class order， but should pay more attention to the education of student values and core qualities. This requires the teacher in charge of the class to take the actual situation of the students as the starting point， understand the growth laws of the students， consider problems from the perspective of the students， and construct an equal， lively and fair class environment， thereby promoting the comprehensive development of the students . This article will also analyze and elaborate on the innovation and practice of the primary school class teachers class management methods.

一、小学班主任的管理工作内容

（一）文化知识传授者

与其他教师相比，班主任的工作职务较为复杂，也较为特殊，班主任不仅要在自己的课堂中保障学生的知识掌握程度，还要了解学生对其他学科知识的掌握情况。小学阶段是学生学习生涯中最开始的阶段，也是最为基础的阶段，因此学生的学习能力、学习成绩、听课状况等，都需要班主任教师格外关注。引导学生形成正确的学习思维、锻炼学生的动手实践能力，带领学生养成优良的学习习惯，而不是一味地对教材的“死知识”进行研究。这些都是班主任教师应该重视的管理方式。
