【摘要】互联网技术的高度普及，使得其为成为高校学生获取信息的重要渠道之一。但网络信息复杂繁多、信息质量参差不齐，如何保证学生获得正面、优质的网络信息，是对高校网络思政教育的重大挑战。文章对高校网络思政管理体制存在的问题进行了阐述和剖析，并对如何完善高校思政体制提出了策略性建议，以期抛砖引玉，为完善高校网络思政管理体制提供有参考。

【Abstract】The high popularity of Internet technology makes it one of the important channels for college students to obtain information. However， the network information is complex and various， and the quality of information is uneven. How to ensure students to obtain positive and high-quality network information is a major challenge to the network ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. This paper expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the network ideological and political management system of colleges and universities， and puts forward strategic suggestions on how to improve the ideological and political system in Colleges and universities， so as to provide reference for improving the network ideological and political management system in Colleges and universities.

相对于传统媒体而言，互联网的高度发展使得其在青少年群体中的覆盖率不断走高，因而对于青少年三观的塑造和形成有着重要的影响。我国是世界上网民数量最多的国家，高校学生的学习和生活更是与互联网息息相关。尤其是随着移动互联网的不断发展，高校学生已经能够实现全天候、全地域的信息获取。鉴于高校学生对于信息优劣的判断能力不足，若不采取必要的干预措施，难以保证其不被不良信息误导和侵害。因此，高校网络思想政治管理工作应运而生。

一、高校网络思政管理体制存在的普遍问题

虽然思政管理工作的重要性受到社会的普遍关注，各大高校也纷纷采取措施对学生进行良性引导，但是高校学生已经具有独立的自我意识，过于严苛和一刀切的干预管理已经不适合该学段的学生管理，因此由不当管理而产生的负面案例也频频出现。……
