【摘要】科技进步，教育发展，促进了信息技术与小学英语学科的有机整合。信息技术的运用扭转了教学模式单一性，丰富了教学手法多样性，激发了小学英语教学的活力。随着信息技术的革新，将其巧妙地运用于教学实践中，对优化教学结构形式、丰富课程资源内容、打造优质教学环境、创建高效教学课堂起到了重大作用，实现了小学英语教学与信息技术的高度融合。

【Abstract】The progress of science and technology and the development of education have promoted the organic integration of information technology and primary school English. The application of information technology has reversed the singleness of teaching mode， enriched the diversity of teaching methods， and stimulated the vitality of primary school English teaching. With the innovation of information technology， and appliatron in the teaching practice， it has played an important role in optimizing the teaching structure， enriching the content of curriculum resources， creating a high-quality teaching environment， and creating an efficient teaching classroom， which has realized the high integration of primary school English teaching and information technology.

一、引言

随着科技的进步，高速发展的信息技术极大地影响了人们生活学习。以往旧的教学模式很难满足现代教学需求，而信息技术带来的多维度和师生相互参与的动态教学模式，让教学内容和形式发生了巨变。在小学英语教学中，教师要不断更新教学观念，主动去适应并运用好相应的教育技术，充分利用集图文、音画和操练等于一体的信息技术，创建适应不同年级的更多互动、更大容量、信息更加多样化的开放式教学环境和资源，更好地服务于小学英语教学，进一步提高教学效果。

二、动画视频技術的运用

1. 激发学生的学习兴趣。著名心理学家赫瑞特拉的研究表明：“人类获取的信息83%来自视觉”，基于此，要充分考虑信息的呈现方式，借助集文字、图片、声音于一体的动画视频，增加英语信息量。直观、生动的画面、有趣的动画视频可以快速带动学生的思维，激发学生的学习兴趣;视频动画营造了欢乐、融洽的课堂氛围，为师生互动作了铺垫，使英语教学更显生动活泼，从而更容易让学生接受新知识。……
