【摘    要】道德与法治是小学教育中非常重要的一门课程，不仅能提高小学生的道德素养，还能对小学生的行为习惯进行规范，有利于促进学生全面发展。在道德与法治的教学中，学生自主能力与思辨能力的培养也是教学的主要目标。为了提高教学效果，教师必须对教学形式进行改进，提高学生的学习兴趣，锻炼学生的逻辑思维能力和分析问题的能力，为未来的课程学习奠定基础。本文对小学道德与法治教学存在的问题进行科学分析，并提出了相关建议。

【Abstract】Morality and rule of law is a very important course in elementary education. It can not only improve the moral quality of primary school students， but also regulate the behavior and habits of primary school students， which is conducive to promoting students' overall development. In the teaching of morality and rule of law， the cultivation of students' autonomy and thinking ability is also the main goal of teaching. In order to improve the teaching effect， teachers must improve teaching methods， increase students' interest in learning， exercise students' logical thinking ability and problem analysis ability， and lay the foundation for future course learning. This article makes a scientific analysis of the existing problems in the teaching of ethics and the rule of law in primary schools， and puts forward relevant suggestions.

小学阶段的道德与法治课程能帮助学生加强法律意识，达到启蒙教育的效果。道德与法治课程比较枯燥，使用过去的教学方式教学，容易使学生产生厌烦心理。把自主能力培养融入其中，教师对学生进行恰当的引导，能促进学生综合能力的发展，达到新课改的实际需求。

一、当前小学道德与法治教学存在的问题

首先，由于心智发展规律的影响，小学生对许多事物都充满好奇，所以很难集中学习注意力，而且小学生也缺乏一定的认知能力和辨别是非的能力。在小学时期，一旦学生被不良的行为习惯所影响，在缺乏判断力的情况下非常容易做出不良行为，影响自身的发展。

其次，一部分小学教师受到应试教育的影响，缺乏对小学生道德与法治课程的重视度，更关心和重视学生的考试成绩，对学生的行为习惯发展不够重视。……
