摘 要 通过知网、万方、维普等中文数据库，PubMed、谷歌等外文数据库，以及国家知识产权局数据查询系统，以“落新妇”为关键词，对相关研究文献进行检索，对落新妇的药效作用发展及专利研究进行系统整理。落新妇的主要有效成分为香豆素、三萜类、黄酮、多糖以及鞣质，主要药效作用为镇痛、祛痰止咳、抗炎、抗肿瘤。落新妇专利研究主要在山东、江苏、安徽、浙江四地比较活跃，研究方向主要集中在化学成分、栽培技术、提取物应用、制剂工艺、药理作用等几个方面。其中，药理药效作用以及制剂制备研究是落新妇主要专利研究方向。落新妇药效作用机制研究比较缺乏，明确其活性机制，可为药物开发奠定基础。

Review of pharmacological action and application of lucidum

ABSTRACT Through Chinese databases such as CNKI， Wanfang and VIP， foreign databases such as PubMed and Google， and the data query system of the State Intellectual Property Office， the related research literature is searched with the keyword‘lucidum， and the development of pharmacodynamics and patent research of lucidum are systemically sorted out. Coumarin， triterpenoids， flavonoids， polysaccharides and tannins are the main active ingredients in lucidum. The main pharmacodynamic effects are analgesia， expectoration and cough relieving， anti-inflammation and anti-tumor. The research on the patents of lucidum is mainly carried out in Shandong， Jiangsu， Anhui and Zhejiang provinces， which is mainly involved in chemical composition， cultivation technology， extract application， preparation technology and pharmacological effect and so on. Among them， pharmacological effect and preparation are its main patent research direction. The study on its pharmacodynamic mechanism is relatively lacking， and it can lay a foundation for drug development if its active mechanism is understood.

落新妇又名红升麻、小升麻、馬尾参、金毛三七等，属于虎耳草科落新妇属植物，全世界约有18 种，我国产7 种，被景颇族、阿昌族、土家族、朝鲜族、彝族、苗族等多个民族广泛使用[1]。其药用历史最早记载于《本草经集注》，在《本草拾遗》《中药大辞典》《中华本草》中也进行了复述。落新妇具有抗炎、消肿、止痛、活血化瘀等功效，多用于治疗跌打损伤、手术后疼痛、风湿关节痛、胃肠溃疡、腹痛、烫伤、感冒等疾病，疗效显著。除此之外，落新妇还具有抗肿瘤、抗自由基活性，用于化疗、心血管及皮肤疾病的治疗。基于落新妇的多种功效以及广泛的临床应用，其有效成分、复方制剂等也成为学者的研究热点。……
