摘 要 目的：探讨精准医疗背景下肿瘤专科临床药师基于个体化给药相关基因检测的临床药学服务新模式。方法：肿瘤专科临床药师在药学门诊开展抗肿瘤治疗药学服务，接受2例肺癌患者的用药咨询，以基因检测结果指导靶向治疗过程为切入点，结合病区药学监护和药学门诊随访，探讨在精准医疗背景下抗肿瘤治疗的精准临床药学服务新模式。结果：个体化给药相关基因检测能为临床药师在药学门诊工作中正确给出用药咨询意见，进而参与制定和优化患者的药物治疗方案，开展药学监护、减轻治疗相关的不良反应等提供极为重要的理论支持，在临床药师服务于肿瘤患者过程中具有不可替代的作用。结论：肿瘤专科临床药师应高度重视个体化给药相关基因检测对肿瘤治疗方案选择的指导性作用，努力改进基于药学门诊的临床药学服务工作。

The guiding role of individualized drug-related gene test in pharmaceutical clinic of oncology medicine*

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore a new mode of clinical pharmaceutical care for oncologists based on drug-related gene test under the background of precise medical care. Methods： Clinical oncologists provided pharmaceutical care for anti-tumor treatment in pharmaceutical outpatient clinics and received drug counseling from 2 patients with lung cancer. Targeting therapy process guided by gene test results， combined with pharmaceutical care in ward and follow-up in pharmaceutical clinic， the authors explored a new mode of precise clinical pharmaceutical care for cancer treatment under the background of precise medical care. Results： Drug-related gene test can provide very important data support and play a good role in clinical pharmacists service to cancer patients. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists should pay more attention to the guiding significance of drug-related gene test and strive to improve the new mode of clinical pharmaceutical care based on pharmaceutical outpatient clinics.
