摘 要 查阅国内外相关文献进行分析发现，目前含黄芪的中药复方制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法较多，其中以高效液相色谱法为主，为中药复方复杂成分中定量定性分析提供了有效地帮助。本文对含黄芪的中药复方制剂中黄芪甲苷含量的各种测定方法进行综述。

Advances in the determination of astragaloside Ⅳin compound prescriptions containing astragalus*

ABSTRACT There are various methods for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in TCM compound preparations containing astragalus in domestic and foreign literatures. These methods are mainly involved in high performance liquid chromatography， which can provide effective results for qualitative and quantitative determination of the TCM compound prescriptions. In this article， the various methods for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in TCM compound preparations containing astragalus are reviewed.

黄芪是常用的补益类中药，临床主要用于气虚自汗、久咳虚喘、肺气虚证、脾气虚弱之中气下陷及浮肿、疮疡溃难敛等症的治疗。近年来的研究发现黄芪甲苷对于呼吸系统、消化系统及循环系统等疾病有一定的治疗作用。现代研究已经从黄芪中提取、分离了包括黄酮、皂苷、生物碱类等多种化合物，其中黄芪甲苷是黄芪成分中最主要的活性物质。黄芪甲苷在黄芪中的含量较低，随着科学技术的发展，对于黄芪甲苷的含量测定的相关研究也取得了较大的进步，逐步由薄层法等转向灵敏度更高、分离度更好的高效液相色谱法及超高效液相色谱法等。本文对近年来中药复方中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法做一概述。
