摘  要：随着“中国制造2025”这一概念的提出，为了打造具有国际竞争力的制造业，工业工程专业为众多企业认识并认可，进而对该专业人才培养提出了加快变革的要求。基于CiteSpace分析软件，对从中国知网（CNKI）中选取的2001—2019年间有关工业工程教学改革的文献137篇，从教学改革研究机构及研究者的特点、关系，教学改革的研究热点及趋势等方面进行统计分析。分析结果表明，工业工程专业的实践及实验教学改革为研究领域的热点及趋势。分析结果可为持续深入地推进面向工程教育专业认证的工业工程专业人才培养方案的改革明确发展动向。

Abstract：With the proposal of the concept of "Made in China 2025"， in order to build an internationally competitive manufacturing industry， the industrial engineering major is recognized and approved by many enterprises， which puts forward the requirements for accelerating the reform of the talent training of this major. Using the CiteSpace analysis software， based on the 137 literature on industrial engineering teaching reform selected from the China National Knowledge Network （CNKI） from 2001 to 2019， this research makes statistical analysis from the aspects of the relations， characteristics， research hot spots and frontiers of the research institutions and researchers. The analysis results showed that the practice and experimental teaching of industrial engineering would become the hot spot and frontier. Based on the results of the analysis， the development trend can be clarified for the continuous and in-depth promotion of the reform of the industrial engineering professional talent training program for the engineering education professional certification .

工業工程以生产系统为研究对象，将各种生产要素（人、材料、设各、能源、信息等）组成有效运行的系统进行设计、改善和控制[1]。工业工程是面向任何生产与服务系统的管理技术与方法，是管理学与工程学相结合的交叉科学，是将科学技术转化为生产力的科学手段[2]。我国的工业工程虽起步较晚，20世纪80年代才开始有工业制造企业接受并推行，但近十几年来发展迅速，据统计目前我国开设工业工程专业的院校约200多所。近年来，为了更好地推动该专业的人才培养建设，关于该专业的教学改革方面的研究也愈加为学者们所重视，因此明确工业工程专业的人才培养特点，把握其教学改革的动向将会对更进一步地推动工业工程专业建设。……
