摘  要：该文通过分析笔者所在医院后勤管理范畴内，各工作岗位性质及专业技术等级划分，从大型医院后勤综合技术班组建设、多院区后勤管理方面考虑，对后勤技术岗位人才专业素养培养提出了自己的观点。并结合其提出的适用于医院后勤技术相关岗位的绩效积分薪酬分配管理方案，从基本绩效、工龄绩效、岗位绩效、职称绩效、月度考核绩效、年度考核绩效、团队建设情况7个维度指导后勤技术人才职业发展方向。

Abstract：In this paper， the author analyzes the nature of each post and the classification of professional technology in the field of logistics management in his hospital， and puts forward his own views on the cultivation of professional quality of logistics technical post talents from the perspective of the construction of logistics comprehensive technical team in large hospitals and the logistics management in multi hospital areas. And combined with the performance score salary distribution management scheme which is suitable for the post related to hospital logistics technology， it guides the career development direction of logistics technical talents from seven dimensions： basic performance， length of service performance， post performance， professional title performance， monthly assessment performance， annual assessment performance and team building.

醫院后勤技术岗位人才培养是医院后勤管理团队持续发展的重要保障，做好人才培养和人才储备，才能更好地为医院临床医技部门服务，才能促进医院后勤学科建设的发展。该文将从医院后勤技术岗位定位、持续学习提升后勤技术人才专业素养、绩效管理指导后勤技术人才职业发展3个方面分享笔者所在医院后勤技术岗位人才培养及绩效管理策略。

1   医院后勤技术岗位定位

医院后勤工作主要担负着服务、保障和管理3项职能，涵盖多方面的专业知识，具有较强的技术性和专业性。其工作质量、效率和管理水平，直接影响医院工作能否正常开展和医疗质量的高低。可以说，医院后勤部门是医院正常运营发展不可或缺的组成部分。其管辖范畴主要包含供配电系统（电工班）、给排水系统（管道班）、电梯（电梯班）、中央空调、锅炉、洗涤中心、保洁、食堂、污水处置、医疗废物管理、绿化养护、外包服务等。……
