摘要：当前“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生大量增加，针对留学生教育开设的全英文课程面临前所未有的挑战。文章在长期国际合作办学和双语教学实践的基础上，以计算机组成原理课程为例，探讨了该课程在新形势下的课程建设工作，包括全英文课程资料、实验建设、教学改革和考核改革等。以期为不断发展的留学生国际课程建设和国际化人才培养提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract： At present， the number of overseas students in China from "Belt and Road" countries is increasing， and the all-english courses for international students' education are facing unprecedented challenges. Based on the long-term practice of international cooperation and bilingual teaching， this paper takes the course of Computer Component Principle as an example to discuss the course construction under the new situation， including all English course materials， experimental construction， teaching reform and assessment reform， etc. In order to provide beneficial reference for the development of international curriculum construction and international talent training for international students.

在国家“一带一路”倡议的指引下，教育部2016年7月发出《推进共建“一带一路”教育行动》的通知[1]。我国各大高校和地方院校加快了建设“一带一路”教育共同体的步伐。山东理工大学也发布了《关于进一步推进教育国际化的实施意见》的系列文件，以促进国际学生教育教学工作发展，提高人才培养质量和办学国际化水平。国际课程建设目标是以《教育部关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》为指导，面向为国际学生开设的优秀课程，引领我校国际学生课程建设与发展水平的整体提升。我校国际学院和计算机科学与技术学院合作办学的计算机科学与技术留学生班，是面向面向“一带一路”沿线国家，发挥学校学科优势，适应国际学生需求，实现全英文授课的国际化留学生班。
