【摘    要】在教育教学改革不断深入推进下，初中英语教育发生了重大变化。传统的教育模式已不能满足新时代的教育要求。以往的初中英语教学过于关注阅读和写作，对学生英语听说能力的培养有所忽视，现在广大初中英语教师开始逐渐意识到这个问题，在相关研究实践上付出了巨大的努力。本文从初中英语听说教学的现存问题和有效策略两个主要方面展开讨论，希望能够帮助大家提高英语教学的整体质量。

Effective Strategies of English Listening and Speaking Teaching in Junior High Schools

【Abstract】 With the deepening reform of education and teaching， English education in junior high schools has undergone great changes. The traditional educational model can no longer meet the educational requirements of the new era. In the past， junior high school English teaching paid too much attention to reading and writing， but neglected the cultivation of students' English listening and speaking ability. Now， the majority of junior high school English teachers are gradually aware of this problem and have made great efforts in related research and practice. This paper discusses the existing problems and effective strategies of English listening and speaking teaching in junior high schools， hoping to help everyone improve the overall quality of English teaching.

听说技能是一门语言应用的基础。正如世界上很多语言没有文字，但不可能不具备听说交流的功能。具体到英语学科，听说则是学生提高英语语言能力，提高英语学科核心素养所应具备的基本能力。如果学生的听力和口语能力不足，他们会在学习英语时遇到各种困难。更严重的是，较低的听说能力会影响学生对英语学科的兴趣，这对其在英語方面的长期发展进步是非常不利的。因此，教师必须深入研究当前初中英语课堂听说教学中的问题并找到正确的解决方法。

一、初中英语听说教学现存问题

（一）师生不够重视

受到以往应试教育理念的影响，很多初中师生对英语听说能力和听说教学不够重视。因为在以往的考试中，考查学生口语能力的情况非常罕见，而听力所占到的分值也比较有限。师生双方都不愿意在听说教学上花费太多的时间。……
