【摘    要】高年级英语教学中，部分学生缺乏英语学习兴趣，且自身学习能力有限。所以，有必要针对学生的个体差异实施段位教学法。依据不同段位学生的发展需求灵活设计不同段位的教学目标、任务和评价方式。将“教”与“学”相协调，从而优化课堂教学。段位教学法以“因材施教，以学定教”为主，根据学生英语能力水平合理划分段位，依据段位实施分层教学，从而生成高效的生本课堂。

The Application of“Hierarchical Teaching Method” in Primary School English Teaching

【Abstract】In senior English teaching， some students lack the interest in English learning and their own learning ability is limited. Therefore， it is necessary to implement the hierarchical teaching method according to the individual differences of students. According to the development needs of students of different grades， the teaching objectives， tasks and evaluation methods of different grades are flexibly designed. Coordinating "teaching" with "learning" to optimize classroom teaching. The hierarchical teaching method is mainly based on "teaching in accordance with students' aptitude， and teaching according to learning". According to the students' English proficiency level， grades are reasonably divided， and hierarchical teaching is implemented according to the grades， so as to generate efficient student-based classrooms.

段位教學法，是将学生依据学习能力与学习需求合理划分为几个段位，将教学内容、教学目标、教学方法与教学评价设置不同的难易梯度。通过构建梯度性的英语教学模式，从而满足各段位学生的发展需求。段位教学法符合新课程理念要求的全面发展目标，更能够提升英语课堂质效。

一、段位划分，以学定教

在实践教学中，教学效果不可避免地受到个体差异的影响而出现两极分化现象。究其原因，个体差异在任何活动都是存在的，无论是在学习或者生活中，个体的情感态度、接受能力和学习能力等都直接影响效率与结果。在小学英语教学中，教师有必要针对学生的个体差异实施段位教学法。以学定教，根据学生的个体差异将学生分为几个段位，依据段位设定分段教学目标和教学任务等。合理分段，遵循学生的个体发展需求，从而使不同段位学生的学习能力递层发展，最终提升整体教学质量。……
