【摘    要】创客是以推动每个人喜好为起点，依靠信息网络把极具困难性的技术猜想变成现实结果的人。目前创客文化全面发展，相关专业人士也提出了创客教育这个理念。在最近两年，我国大大小小的学校也踊跃摸索创客教育这个模式，响应教育部的号令。然而，由于这种教育模式的含义和内容比较陌生，还有待被大规模地实践成功，许多问题成了目前教育改革不小的障碍。本篇文章关于怎样推动幼儿园创客教师本身的专业发展展开了粗略的论述。

Ways for the Development of Kindergarten Maker Teachers under the Idea of Maker Education

【Abstract】Maker is a person who promotes everyone's preferences as a starting point and relies on information networks to turn extremely difficult technical conjectures into realistic results. At present， the maker culture is developing in an all-round way， and relevant professionals have also put forward the concept of maker education. In the past two years， schools of all sizes in my country have also actively explored the model of maker education， responding to the orders of the ministry of Education. However， because the meaning and content of this education model are relatively unfamiliar， it has yet to be successfully implemented on a large scale. Many problems have become significant obstacles to the current education reform. This article has launched a rough discussion on how to promote the professional development of kindergarten maker teachers themselves.

一、创客教育相关概述

普通教育多采取灌输的方式要求学生对学习大纲中的内容进行掌握，而创客教育有所不同，是将创客相关理念融入教育过程中，重点强调为受教育者创建对创客空间进行模拟的一个平台，受教育者可以在真实环境里共同协作、互相帮助，及时发现问题，积极探寻处理问题的措施。幼儿园教师可以通过找到教学活动和创客学习两者所具有的契合点，充分引导受教育者运用3D打印技术、可视化的数字设计技术、开源硬件/软件技术等，打破传统的学习模式，不断完善学习方式。就目前而言，在我国创客教育尚处于初级发展的一个阶段。虽然部分学校现已落实创客教育相关理念，但受到体制的规约影响，每个阶段的教育仍旧无法对此类新兴理念完成合力。如今，不论是基础教育还是高等教育，可以担任创客指导教师的人员仍有所缺乏。……
