【摘    要】随着教育改革事业的逐步推进，小学语文教学工作必须针对学生的核心素养开展，通过提升学生的学习能力的方式，提升学生的学习效率和学习效果。因此，小学语文教学工作聚焦核心素养的重要性和必要性更进一步地体现出来。接下来，本文将立足于对小学语文教学现状的研究，以及小学语文核心素养内容的探讨，对在小学语文课堂中落实核心素养的具体策略展开进一步论述，希望能够为广大教师提供一些帮助。

Focus on Core Literacy to Improve Teaching Efficiency

【Abstract】With the gradual advancement of education reform， Chinese teaching in primary schools must be carried out in accordance with the core literacy of students， and improve the learning efficiency and learning effect of students by improving their learning ability. Therefore， the primary school Chinese teaching work focuses on the importance and the necessity of the core literacy further manifests. Next， based on the study of the current situation of primary school Chinese teaching and the discussion of the content of primary school Chinese core literacy， this paper will further discuss the concrete strategies of implementing the core literacy in primary school Chinese class， hope to be able to provide some help for the majority of teachers.

核心素养的提出，对当前的小学语文教学改革与创新意义非凡，与此同时，也是对广大教师的一次挑战。教师需要进行深层次的素质教育，而且要真正地落实素质教育。另外，教师要对学生今后的发展有一个长远的规划。在教学的过程中，逐步进行渗透，保证后续的教学效果，循序渐进地完成教师预设的教学目标。

一、小学语文教学现状研究

（一）学生的自主学习意识薄弱

在现阶段的语文教学工作中培养学生的自主学习意识，是提升语文教学效率，发展语文教学质量的主要手段。小学是一生中学习能力的黄金时期，也是学生接受系统化教育的初始阶段，由于学生年龄与身心发展阶段性特征的显著，学生在基础知识的认知上存在一定局限性。学生不能在学习的过程中发现语文知识的魅力，感悟学习过程带来的乐趣与成就感。……
