摘要：农业产业是助推农村发展、农民增收的重要基础，“一村一品”发展模式已成为农村产业发展的重要模式。结合此模式要点，探讨贫困村产业发展，以期为进一步推进贫困村特色产业发展提供参考。结合“一村一品”的模式，以木里县簸箕箩村为例，围绕其花椒产业发展现状，介绍了花椒产业当前发展的基本情况、基础条件，从产业规划、种植技术、市场销售等方面，并分析了当前产业发展过程中存在的问题，从顶层规划、产业机制、基础设施、技术支撑、品种模式更新、采后管理等方面提出了对策建议，为该地区花椒产业发展提供思路。

The Industrial Development of Poor Villages Under the‘One Village One Product’Mode

—An Example of Chinese Prickly Ash Industry in Bojiluo Village

Abstract： The agricultural industry is an important foundation to promote rural development and increase farmers’ income， and the mode of‘one village one product’has become a model for rural industrial development. Based on the key points of this mode， we discussed the industrial development of poor villages， aiming to provide a reference for promoting the characteristic industries in poverty stricken regions. Taking Bojiluo village of Muli County as an example， we introduced the current development status of its Chinese prickly ash industry， and analyzed the existing problems in the development process from the perspectives of industrial planning， planting technology， marketing， and etc. Finally， we proposed countermeasures to solve the existing problems in the industry development of Chinese prickly ash in the village from the aspects of toplevel planning， industrial mechanism， infrastructure construction， technical support， product mode update and post-harvest management.

木里藏族自治縣地处四川省西南边缘，幅员面积 1.3万km2，2014年末全县总人口为13.4万人，全县平均海拔3100 m，相对高差4488 m，呈现出幅员面积广、人口分布稀、高原山地多的特征。木里县是国家级深度贫困县，全县贫困村共97个，占全县总村落数的85.8%，总体表现为贫困人口多、贫困发生率高、贫困程度深的贫困特征。在深度贫困地区，由于历史和自然地理条件的原因，导致二、三产业发展受限，农业产业发展成为助推广大农户脱贫、实现增收奔小康的重要手段，立足当地基础条件因地制宜选好产业，可进一步激活农业发展潜力，激发农民发展意愿，这也是与区域经济发展特点相适应的发展方式。……
