【摘  要】 教师开展课堂教学改革行动研究活动，有利于师范类专业认证课堂教学改革实施及专业认证工作推进，可以激发教师教学兴趣，提高课堂教学质量。具体步骤为：首先，明确师范类专业认证课堂教学特征;其次，组织教师专家团队听课，形成课题，再合作讨论，完善课题;最后，呈现成果，进行效果检验，并多次反复循环。

The Action Research Activities of the Teaching Reform of Teacher Professional Certification under the Guidance of the Project

【Abstract】 Classroom teaching action research activities by teachers is conducive to the implementation of classroom teaching reform of teacher professional certification， and it is conducive to promoting teacher professional certification. Classroom teaching action research activities of teacher community under the guidance of the project can stimulate teachers' interest in teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching. The steps of the action research activities for the reform of teacher professional certification classroom teaching under the guidance of the project are as follows： first to clarify the characteristics of teacher professional certification classroom teaching; secondly to organize a team of teachers and experts to listen to the lectures and form topics; then to cooperate to discuss and improve the topics; the final results are presented and the effects are tested， and to repeat the cycle many times.

0     引言

2017 年 11 月，教育部发布了《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法》，对普通高校师范教育教学提出了新的标准和要求，全国高等师范院校面临一次全新的认证评估考核。师范类专业认证对课堂教学提出要求[1]：课堂教学要体现

“学生中心”的理念，教师能积极调动课堂气氛，有效开展师生互动，而不是“一言堂”、“单声道”;学生群体有良好的学习状态，参与理论或实践教学的形式多样;学生认同教师的“教”，并且从教师的“教”中“学”到有价值东西，理论基础或实践动手能力得到提升。这些要求成为师范类专业课堂教学改革目标。

目前大学课堂存在很多问题[2]，虽然高校课堂教学改革已逐步得到重视，采用了多种改革措施和方法，但是教师课堂教学理念和教学行为等改观并不显著，与师范专业认证课堂教学要求还存在一定距离。师范专业认证课堂教学理念是符合新时代社会经济发展要求，符合国家基础教育发展规划和纲要，符合大学生知识、能力和素质等发展规律的，更符合当代教育教学理念。……
