【摘   要】   对三个个案开展沙盘游戏干预，以促进来访者心理健康和完善人格，并从制作沙盘时间、沙具种类、沙子使用情况、自我像及沙盘主题等方面说明其共性。研究发现：（1）三个个案的沙盘作品存在共性，有生命物的沙具数量多于无生命物;沙盘作品多为抽象、社会主题;（2）不同个案使用沙的情况不同;（3）人际关系与自我探索个案逐渐出现自我象，家庭问题的个案缺少真实的自我像。研究表明：沙盘游戏疗法对一般心理问题的大学生有积极的作用，学校的心理教育部门应该多投放资源并发展此类艺术性治疗，广泛用于青少年心理咨询。

A Case Study of Sandplay Therapy on College Students'

General Psychological Problems

Abstract： This study carried out Sandplay intervention on three cases， so as to promote the psychological health and perfect personality of visitors. And explained its commonness from the aspects of making Sandplay time， sandplay types， sandplay usage， self image and Sandplay theme， The results show that： （1） the sand table works of the three cases have common features， the number of sand objects with living objects is more than that without living objects; the sand table works are mostly abstract and social themes; （2） different cases use sand differently; （3） interpersonal relationship and self exploration cases gradually appear self images， and family problems cases lack real self images. The research shows that： sandplay therapy has a positive effect on college students with general psychological problems， the Psychological Education Department of the school should invest more resources and develop this kind of artistic therapy， which is widely used in adolescent psychological counseling.

0     引言

沙盘游戏疗法是来访者在治疗师的陪伴下处于自由和受保护的空间中，通过摆放一些缩微模具或拨动沙子，根据自身的内部状态创造出相应的外部世界，在此过程中来访者心灵深处意识和无意识之间持续沟通，从而激发心灵与自性发展的治疗方法[1]。国内外的研究多是针对某一特定群体了解沙盘游戏疗法的特征和疗效，如针对青少年的焦虑症状[2]、儿童强迫症[3]等问题使用沙盘游戏疗法均取得了較好的效果。相关领域的研究中关于大学生一般心理问题的研究较少，已知的如张磊等（2012）使用沙盘游戏疗法与合理情绪疗法解决来访者的负面情绪、人际关系等问题[4]，杨燕红（2012）用来访者中心疗法配合沙盘帮助一般心理问题的大学生其提高自我认知，增加其信心[5]。……
