摘要：随着经济发展和综合国力的不断提升，我国正处在需要高质量高层次人才之时，各行各业对具有创新精神的人才求贤若渴，尤其体现在与人类生活、社会发展、原创制造紧密相关的设计类学科，所以对培养具有创新精神的设计类人才有了更高的要求和目标。本文通过对英国多所设计类教育发展前沿院校进行研究分析，结合我国设计类人才培养模式的特点，总结了四点培养设计类人才创新精神的改革方向，为培养具有新时代创新精神的设计类人才提供了新思路。

Cultivating Creative Spirit of Talents in Design

——Inspired by A Number of British Universities

Abstract： It is time to need high-quality and high-level talents with improving of the economic development and the comprehensive national strength in our country. All industries are thirsty for innovative talents， especially in design which is closely related to human life， social development and original manufacturing. Under the circumstance， there are higher requirements and goals to the cultivation of innovative design talents. In this paper， through researching and analyzing of many universities in the forefront of design education in The UK and combing with the characteristics of the design teaching mode in China， the author summarizes the four reform directions of cultivating innovative design talents which provides new ideas for cultivating the design talents who have innovative spirit in new era.

《中國制造2025》和《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》中均指出，创新是提升各产业竞争力的核心要素，是引领国家发展的第一动力。一方面，5G网络技术、人工智能、新材料、新技术的蓬勃发展使设计学科面临更高的要求和更快的变化。另一方面，可持续发展战略、生态文明建设等发展思路让设计学科迎来了更多复杂的问题。这些改变使设计的定义也随之改变，具有创新思维、拥有创新精神的设计类人才才能找到解决路径。因此，推动设计学科进行教育改革，探索一种激发学生创造力的人才培养模式是当今社会发展紧迫需要的。……
