【摘要】目的：探讨PBL模式在口腔颌面外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法：以在我院口腔颌面外科轮转的研究生、规培生为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用PBL教学法，对照组采用传统教学法，对两种教学效果进行评价。结果：PBL教学组学习成绩及学习效率均优于传统教学组，教学效果总体评价的满意度高于传统教学组。结论：PBL教学模式能充分发挥学生自主学习的积极性，显著提高学习效率，有利于教学质量的提高。

[Abstract]Objective： To study the effect of PBL model in clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods： The study was conducted on graduate students and trainees in oral and maxillofacial surgery， They were randomly divided into study group and control group， PBL method was used in the study group and traditional method was used in the control group， The two teaching effects were evaluated. Results： The learning achievement， efficiency and satisfaction of PBL teaching group were better than those of traditional teaching group. Conclusion： PBL model can give full play to students' initiative for independent learning， significantly improve learning efficiency and improve teaching quality.

20世紀60年代中期，加拿大Mcmaster大学 [ ] 在医学生中开设了一堂以问题为基础的课程，即PBL课程（problem-based learning， PBL），成为PBL发展史上重要的里程碑。经过几十年的发展，PBL教学模式逐渐成熟，教学成果也已被广大学校和师生承认 [ - ] 。

随着生活水平的提高，人们对口腔健康的关注度也越来越高，因此我国需要大批素质高、能力强的口腔医学人才，对口腔医学生的培养也提出了更高的要求。结合口腔颌面外科临床教学的特点，适应教学模式改革，培养学生自主学习及研究创新的能力，我院口腔颌面外科在临床教学中开展PBL教学活动，充分调动学生学习及积极性和主动思考能力，通过与传统教学模式比较，深感PBL在口腔颌面外科临床教学中的优越性，现报道如下。

1. 研究对象和方法

以2018年1月至2021年7月在我院口腔颌面外科轮转的研究生及规培生为研究对象，总人数20人，其中女生12人，男生8人，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组10人，研究组采用PBL教学模式，对照组采用传统教学模式。……
