摘要：富士見是一种以眺望富士山为主要表现形式、能够影响并产生场所情感与文化认知的景观。文章借助古籍舆图、历史照片等图文资料及实地调查对富士见文化概况及东京都富士见景观进行系统化梳理;结合日本城下町的基本规划原理，归纳东京都富士见景观的构建要素，总结并分析不同要素的历史逻辑及特征;根据其文化内涵、点状历史遗产、线性视线廊道、面域场所空间等眺望景观属性，挖掘对城市景观风貌识别、城市历史景观保护、城市绿色空间设计、国家公园眺望体系构建产生的现代风景价值，探讨东京都富士见景观的发展，为我国城乡建设中加强历史文化保护传承的相关工作提供借鉴。

Abstract： Fujimi is one of the Fuji belief cultures that takes overlooking Mount Fuji as its main means to influence and produce the place emotion and cultural perception in landscapes. By reviewing ancient books， paintings， historical photos and other graphic materials as well as making field work， this paper makes a systematic study on Fujimi culture and Fujimi landscape in Tokyo. In consideration of the basic planning principles of castle towns in Japan， the paper summarizes the elements that the Fujimi landscape is comprised of， and analyzes and concludes the historical logic of the different elements and their characteristics. It also discusses the Fujimi landscape development and explore the modern landscape value produced around the identification of urban landscape features， the protection of historic urban landscapes， the design of urban green spaces and the overlooking landscape construction for national parks， in accordance with the attributes of overlooking landscapes including culture connotation， dotted historical heritage， linear viewing corridors and region-scale space of place. The study is aimed at providing reference for strengthening the protection and inheritance of history and culture in Chinas urban and rural construction.
