摘要经济法基础是财会类专业的一门专业核心课，承载着立德树人的使命，习近平总书记指出把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，作为一门专业课不仅需要传授理论知识，也需要引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观，本文以课程思政改革入手，梳理经济法基础课程思政元素，采用多种教学方法将专业内容和思政元素融合，以达到帮助学生树立责任担当和使命感，培育学生的工匠精神。

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Fundamentals of Economic Law from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

AbstractThe foundation of economic law is a professional core course for finance and accounting majors， which carries the mission of Building Morality and cultivating people. General Secretary Xi pointed out that the ideological and political work should run through the whole process of education and teaching. As a professional course， it is necessary not only to impart theoretical knowledge， but also to guide students to establish correct outlook on life and values. This paper starts with the curriculum ideological and political reform， sort out the ideological and political elements of the basic course of economic law， and adopt a variety of teaching methods to integrate the professional content and ideological and political elements， so as to help students establish a sense of responsibility and mission， and cultivate students’ craftsman spirit.

課程思政就是要把思想政治工作中价值观和文化理念融入每门课程中去，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出，“把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程”“教育引导学生正确认识世界和中国发展大势，牢固树立为远大理想和共同理想而奋斗的信念和信心，正确认识中国特色和国际比较，把握历史潮流。”[1]各门理论课也要承载立德树人的使命，与思政课共同育人、育德，协调育人，培养德才兼备、全面发展的人才。“经济法基础”是会计专业的一门专业核心课程。会计专业是为国家培养财务类工作人员，为企业向国家申报纳税，为上市公司提供财务数据等重要的工作，因此加大会计类专业课程思政的教育，具有深远的意义。

1“经济法基础”课程内涵

经济法基础是面向会计专业开设的专业核心课程，是会计初级职业资格考试的必考课程，学习本门课程是获取会计毕业文凭、获得学分、参加全国会计初级资格考试必修的课程。……
