摘要伴随我国高校教育模式日益向人才战略培养转型，将思创融合理念进行积极引入十分关键。立德树人是教育根本，也是高校发展及作用实质体现。如何在新时代下重新诠释立德树人尤为关键。本次以"思创融合"理念下高校立德树人路径为研究对象，结合思创融合理念与高校急需改革现状，进行措施优化、形式创新，为高校教育体系完善及人才培养提供依据参考。

Research on the Path of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People in Colleges and Universities under the Concept of "Integration of Thinking and Innovation"

AbstractWith the increasing transformation of China’s higher education model to talent strategic training， it is very importanttoactivelyintroducetheconceptofIdeologicalandcreativeintegration.Establishingmoralityandcultivating people is not only the basis of education， but also the essential embodiment of the development and role of colleges and universities. How to build morality and cultivate people in the new era is particularly crucial. This time， taking the path of Building Morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities under the concept of "integration of thinking and innovation" as the research object， combined with the concept of integration of thinking and innovation and the current situation of urgent reform in colleges and universities， we will optimize measures and innovate forms， so as to provide basis and reference for the improvement of college education system and talent training.

0前言

隨着我国高等教育事业的发展，有效满足了经济社会发展对人才的需求，在培育专业化人才过程中，更加需要德育，高校教育中面临诸多问题，需从立德树人层面进行深度反思。同时，现阶段关于思创融合理念在高校立德树人途径探索结合方面研究相对较少。因此本文基于高校立德树人教育问题现状，提出优化措施，如结合理念构建课程平台强化内容建设、构建学生思创及活动交流体系完善流程、提升竞赛平台打造速度强化创业精神、打造高素质教师队伍、完善考评机制等，具有较高的理论价值意义。

1“思创融合”意义概述

伴随当下我国教育体制改革逐渐完善，素质教育及核心素养作为主流教育形式，在发展及应用过程中获得较好效果。新时代下对教育工作及教育工作者要求日益颇高，如何培养及锻造新时代高素质人才，一直备受诸多学者关注。总书记更是从人才发展及民族复兴角度，提出了创新教育理念及战略人才培养方针。……
