摘要本文阐述了世界主要发达国家以及我国的劳动教育的现状，分析了学前教育专业学生劳动素养培养的重要意义。通过对高专院校学前教育学生劳动素养的现状及其原因的分析，提出了培养学前教育专业学生劳动素养的主要路径。

1劳动素养的内涵

劳动素养教育是对劳动者在劳动生产过程中与之相匹配的劳动心态和劳动技能的综合分析概括。个人的劳动素养包括他的劳动观念、对待劳动的态度、形成的劳动习惯、拥有的劳动知识与技能、创造性劳动能力等。它是衡量劳动者能否完成相应工作的最根本、最直接的工作能力指标。因此，一个人的劳动素养即包括劳动技能水平方面，也包括道德水平方面。

2培养学前教育专业学生劳动素养的重要意义

首先，培养学生的劳动素养，实现德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养目标，提高学生政治素养和思想道德水平。

习近平总书记站在新时代党和国家出发全局的高度，强调要懂得勞动最光荣，要弘扬劳动精神，尊重劳动。新时代提升人才综合素质的重要课题就是强化劳动教育。

对学生进行劳动素养教育，有利于培养学生形成正确的人生观、职业观、劳动观念；有利于培养他们节俭、刻苦的精神；有利于培养他们在今后的幼教工作中的奋斗意识以及敬业精神，勇于创新精神。使他们真正认识到劳动是财富和幸福的源泉；……
