摘要为探索实质性国际化人才培养，构建了以国际化拔尖创新人才培养目标为指导，以机械类课程为基础，与国外同类专业接轨的实质性国际化培养方案为架构，以强化能力的课程体系为载体的机械类拔尖创新人才国际化培养模式，并将其应用于大连理工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业国际班的建设过程，形成了机械类拔尖创新人才实质性国际化培养特色。同时，给出了专业国际化建设过程中的误区，分析了建设难点，提出了较为有效的解决方案。

Exploration and Practice on Top-notch Innovative Talents Substantive Internationalized Training Mode

AbstractConstruct internationalized training mode for mechanical top-notch innovative talents in order to explore substantive internationalized talents cultivation.The training mode is guided by training objective of top-notch innovative talents and refers to the similar abroad major. Based on the mechanical curriculum， the mode focuses on strengthening internationalization. During the process of construction for the mechanical international class of Dalian University of Technology， the training mode gradually becomes a feature with substantive internationalization. Give some recommendations to avoid mistakes and analysis the difficult point in constructing the mode.

近年來，国际化人才培养得到高校普遍重视，为适应国家经济社会对外开放的要求，急需培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务和国际竞争的国际化人才。[1]建立实质性国际化人才培养新机制，[2-4]以国际化助推一流大学和一流学科建设成为当前高校的工作重点之一。[5]高等教育国际化已然成我国高等教育发展的重要战略，不仅达成了广泛共识，且在实践中稳步推进，成为“双一流”建设核心战略之一。[6]

目前国际化人才培养形式主要分为两大类：中外合作办学和已有专业国际化建设。前者进展较为顺利，但针对后者，受师资队伍、交流合作、专业综合水平等方面限制，已有专业的国际化建设进展情况不尽如人意。为致力于培养高层次、国际化人才，借鉴国外高等学校中强势学科的先进教育理念与培养体系，已有专业的实质性国际化建设迫在眉睫。……
