摘要结合学校大工程文化办学特色，以讲好智慧水电故事，培养新时代工程人为目标，利用自主研发的虚拟仿真实验平台，从立体化思政教学内容，智慧化思政教学方法，融合式思政建设模式，多样化思政建设方法路径四方面，开展“水电站”课程思政建设与实践，情系中国水电，并结合社会实践、科技创新等形式，拓展实践情景，塑造德、善、勤、技、新的新时代工程人。建设与实践成效显著。

AbstractCombining with the characteristics of the University’s large-scale engineering culture， with the goal of telling the story of smart hydropower and cultivating engineers in the new era， the self-developed virtual simulation experimental platform is used to carry out the ideological and political construction and practice of hydropower station course from four aspects： three-dimensional ideological and political teaching content， intelligent ideological and political teaching method， integrated ideological and political construction mode， and diversified ideological and political construction methods， We are interested in China’s hydropower industry， and combine social practice， technological innovation and other forms to expand the practical situation and create new era engineers with morality， kindness， diligence， technology and so on. Remarkable achievements have been made in construction and practice.

河北工程大学是省重点骨干大学，省人民政府与水利部共建高校，学科门类齐全，工程特色鲜明。以大工程文化引领办学。“大工程文化育工程人”项目获评教育部思政司高校思想政治工作精品项目。[1]以特色党建文化为引领，以“崇德尚善、精工铸新”为核心，以德育、智育、体育、美育和劳动教育等“五育”文化为主脉，以红色文化、自强文化、民生文化、竞技体育文化、迁建文化、古建筑文化、学科专业文化、扶贫文化、节水文化、良师文化、“隔辈亲”文化等“十一大”文化脉系为支撑的校园文化体系。曾培养出三任水利部长等杰出人才，在水利高校成就了人才培养“传奇”现象。水利水电工程专业是我校办学历史最长、规模最大、综合实力最强的优势专业。“水电站”是综合性强、涉及知识面广的主干必修专业课。要求掌握水轮机、引水系统、水电厂房基本理论和方法；进行水轮机选型、输水建筑物设计、厂房布置设计、调节保证计算及工程防控措施；……
