【摘要】在新课程标准和深化教育改革的基础上，小学班主任和家长之间的沟通交流就显得尤为重要，小学教育中的家校合作教学模式被提上日程。这种模式不仅是基于提高小学生综合素质而提出的，而且可以为教学效率的提高以及教育模式的革新提供支持。故此，本文就家校合作模式中存在的问题和实际应用展开以下探讨。

The Application Analysis of the Cooperation Mode between Home and School in the Daily Management of the Head Teacher in Primary School

【Abstract】On the basis of the new curriculum standards and the deepening of educational reforms，the communication be‐tween the primary school head teacher and the parents is particularly important，and the home-school cooperative teaching model in primary school education has been put on the agenda.This model is not only based on improving the comprehen‐sive quality of primary school students，but also can provide support for the improvement of teaching efficiency and the in‐novation of educational models.Therefore，this article discusses the problems and practical applications in the home-school cooperation model as follows.

一、现阶段家校合作中出现的问题

首先，作为小学教育过程中不可或缺的一部分，小学班主任仍存在专业素养不达标的问题。作为学校、学生、学生家庭之间的桥梁，班主任一旦出现专业素养不达标的问题，就有可能导致班主任和学生家长之间的沟通出现不和谐因素，双方日常交流困难，甚至引发矛盾，致使教学合作模式的开展工作寸步难行。其次，就如今的家校合作模式而言，学生家长是非常重要的一个环节，但是就目前看来，大多数家长都存在忽视家校合作的问题。家校合作模式如果单凭教师开展的话，难度非常大，会使家校合作的模式出现倾斜。长此以往，家长就不具备家校合作的实践理论基础，对于家校合作愈发排斥，进而造成合作开展过程中出现敷衍对待和消极沟通的现象。此外，小学生也存在诸多问题，一些小学生对家校合作存在抵触心理，不愿意同教师协调开展家校合作模式。加之学生家长业务繁忙，班主任工作繁杂都是现阶段家校合作中出现的问题。……
