摘  要：特种能源技术与工程类课程鲜明的国防和军事特色，具备开展课程思政教学改革的良好基础。文章针对特种能源技术与工程类课程特点和人才培养的现实需求，通过分析该类课程思政教学改革的必要性，开展了基于价值塑造的特种能源技术与工程类课程思政教学改革实践探索，提出了丰富拓展“内涵”“外延”、突出学生主体地位、提升教师育人能力的课程思政教学改革路径。

Abstract： The national defense and military characteristic of the course for special energy technology and engineering is good foundation for ideological and political education. Based on the course characteristic and the personnel training， the value cultivation is the urgent need for ideological and political education. Expanding the connotation and extension of course， featuring dominant role of students， promoting the educational ability of teacher were effective routes for ideological and political education in special energy technology and engineering teaching.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议强调指出，要坚持把立德树人作为高校育人的中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，各类课程都要与思想政治同向同行，形成协同效应，这为高校课程思政教学改革探索指明了前进方向。

课程思政是将思政教育貫穿课程教学全过程的一种课程教学观，是课程教学与思政教育形成协同育人效应的重要举措，是高校把立德树人这个高等教育的中心环节放在更加突出位置的进一步体现。课程思政在强化学生政治素质培养这个核心要求的同时，还应将批判思维、辩证思维、创新精神、职业责任、使命担当等价值塑造融入课程教学，更加突显人才培养的第一要务是价值塑造，充分挖掘课程教学对学生思想价值观的引领作用。本文结合特种能源技术与工程类课程特点和人才培养的现实需求，从课程“内涵”“外延”、学生主体地位、教师育人能力等三个方面开展了基于价值塑造的课程思政教育在特种能源技术与工程类课程中的实践探索。……
