摘  要：韩山师范学院作为我国第一批、广东第一所专门培养师资的学校，顺应时代发展，把握教育脉搏，扎根粤东地区，大力推进教师教育职前职后一体化改革，通过构建“一个目标、两个平台、三个载体、N项资源”的框架模型，在校地合作机制，“一体化”的课程建设、教师队伍建设、人才培养和教师培训、教育教学研究机制及平台载体建设方面大胆创新、精准发力、科学实践，取得了积极成效，为培养高质量的师范生、有效提升粤东地区教师专业发展能力提供了有力支撑。

Abstract： As one of the first batch of schools specially training teachers in Guangdong in China， Hanshan Normal University follows the timedevelopment， holds the pulse of education， takes root in the eastern region of Guangdong， and vigorously promotes the integrated reform of teacher education before and after service. By building a framework model with "one target， two platforms and three carriers， N resources"， it has made bold innovation and precise scientific practice in items of school and local cooperation mechanism， integrated curriculum construction， teacher team construction， talent training and teacher training， research mechanism of education and teaching and platform carrier construction， having achieved positive results， which provides a strong support for training high-quality normal university students to effectively improve the professional development ability of teachers in eastern Guangdong.

2017年10月18日，中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会召开，中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。2018年，中共中央、国务院颁布《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》，实施《教师教育振兴行动计划（2018-2022年）》，中共广东省委、广东省人民政府制订《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的实施意见》，广东启动“新师范”建设，教师教育改革迈入新阶段、进入深水区。韩山师范学院作为我国第一批、广东第一所专门培养师资的学校，建校117年来，始终精耕教师教育领域，为地方教育事业培养了大批优质师资，积极引领和服务地方基础教育改革发展。近年特别是进入新时代以来，学校认真贯彻国家、广东省关于教师教育改革和教师队伍建设的新理念、新政策、新部署，针对地方教师教育人才培养和教师专业发展存在的问题，改革创新、聚焦难点、精准发力，以创建国家教师教育创新实验区为目标，大力推进教师教育职前职后一体化改革，全方位、多层次、多渠道提升教师教育人才培养质量和在职教师专业水平，取得了积极成效。……
