[摘要] 目的 探究呼吸内科护理管理中风险管理的应用效果。方法 选取该院2018年1—12月40名呼吸内科护理人员与110例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组行常规护理管理，观察组在对照组基础上加强风险管理，对比两组护理不良事件发生情况、护理管理质量以及患者护理满意度。结果 观察组护理不良事件发生率为5.45%，低于对照组的18.18%;观察组危重患者护理质量、基础护理质量、病房管理质量评分分别为（92.12±2.28）分、（89.63±2.52）分、（93.28±2.88）分，高于对照组的（75.63±1.27）分、（72.15±2.58）分、（73.36±1.09）分，患者護理满意度评分为（92.88±3.29）分，高于对照组的（78.85±2.88）分（P<0.05）。结论 呼吸内科护理管理中加强护理风险管理利于降低护理不良事件发生率，提高护理人员责任心与护理质量，患者满意度也随之提高。

Explore the Application Effect of Risk Management in the Nursing Management of Respiratory Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in nursing management of respiratory medicine. Methods From January to December 2018 in the hospital， 40 nursing staff of respiratory medicine nurses and 110 patients were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing management， and the observation group was based on the control group. Strengthen risk management， compare the occurrence of adverse nursing events， nursing management quality and patient care satisfaction between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 5.45%， which was lower than 18.18% in the control group. The scores of nursing quality， basic nursing quality， and ward management quality of critically ill patients in the observation group were （92.12±2.28） points and （89.63±2.52）points， （93.28±2.88）points， higher than the control group （75.63±1.27） points， （72.15±2.58）points， （73.36±1.09）points， patient care satisfaction score was （92.88±3.29）points， higher than the control group's （78.85±2.88）points（P<0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening nursing risk management in the nursing management of respiratory medicine is beneficial to reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events， improve the responsibility and quality of nursing staff， and improve patient satisfaction.

护理风险是指护理实施过程中，受各种不安全因素影响，可能引发风险事件，护理风险管理则是指准确识别、评估各种潜在的护理风险因素，并采取针对性的护理干预措施，最大程度上降低护理不良事件发生率[1-2]。常见呼吸内科疾病包括肺炎、支气管哮喘、急性支气管炎、肺气肿以及慢性阻塞性肺病等，且一般而言，医院呼吸内科住院患者年龄偏大，病情相对严重，住院过程中有各种潜在危险因素存在[3-4]。为了降低护理纠纷、不良事件发生率，该研究以该院2018年1—12月40名呼吸内科护理人员与110例患者为研究对象，在呼吸内科护理管理中加强了风险管理，并对其管理效果进行探究，以期能提高呼吸内科护理管理质量，降低护理技术缺陷、护理责任差错等不良事件发生率。……
