【摘要】 下肢靜脉曲张是一种常见的下肢静脉损伤疾病，多见于久坐少动、持久站立、体力劳动者，不仅可引发患者出现下肢浅静脉伸长、迂曲、蜿蜒、蚯蚓样、交错成团块状，伴或不伴酸困乏力等症状，随着病情进展，还易诱发其出现浅静脉炎、静脉血栓、小腿溃疡等并发症，从而对其身心健康和日常生活造成严重不良影响。因此，临床需尽早采取有效方案对患者进行治疗，才能改善其预后。对该疾病，西医临床多采用压力袜、局部消融术、高位结扎加大隐静脉剥脱术等方案对患者进行治疗，虽具有一定的效果，但这些治疗均有一定的缺陷。我国中医对下肢静脉曲张研究起步较早，认为其主要是因气虚血瘀所致，治疗的关键在于益气通脉、活血舒筋，根据这一机理可采用中医针灸配合推拿对患者进行治疗。本文主要简述了针灸、推拿、下肢静脉曲张相关概念和分析了下肢静脉曲张的治疗现状，并详细介绍了针灸推拿治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法和作用机制。

[Abstract] Varicose veins of lower limbs is a common disease of veins injuries of lower limbs. It is more common in sedentary less active， persistent standing， and manual workers. It can not only cause patients to appear lower limb superficial vein elongation， tortuous， winding， earthworm-like， interlacing into clumps， with or without acid sleepiness and other symptoms. With the progress of the disease， it is easy to induce complications such as superficial phlebitis， venous thrombosis， leg ulcers， thereby causing serious adverse effects on its physical and mental health and daily life. Therefore， it is necessary to adopt effective treatment plan for patients as soon as possible to improve their prognosis. For this disease， western medicine clinical uses pressure socks， local ablation， high ligation and saphenous vein stripping and other programs for the treatment of patients， although has a certain effect， but these treatments have certain defects. Chinese medicine research on varicose veins of lower limbs started earlier， and it is believed that it is mainly caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis. The key to the treatment is to invigorate the qi and dredge the pulse， and to promote blood circulation and muscle relaxation. According to this mechanism， Chinese acupuncture and massage can be used to treat the patients. This article mainly briefly introduces the related concepts of acupuncture， massage， varicose veins of lower limbs， and analyzes the current status of varicose veins of lower limbs treatment， and introduces the methods and mechanism in the treatment of acupuncture massage for varicose veins of lower limbs in detail.

下肢静脉曲张是一种常见的下肢静脉损伤疾病，多因浅静脉内压力持续升高、静脉瓣膜缺陷或关闭不全及浅静脉壁软弱等因素所致。不仅可对患者腿部的美观性造成不良影响，严重时还会引发其腿部水肿、溃烂，从而影响其日常生活、工作等，因此，临床需尽早采取有效方案对患者进行治疗。对该疾病，我国中医多主张采用针灸配合推拿治疗，两者配合不仅能有效促进患者患部血运恢复，从而能缓解和改善其病情，且具有操作方便、安全、成本低等优势，可提高患者治疗的耐受性[1]。……
