摘 要：高等教育越来越注重人才创新精神的培养，学科竞赛基于理论教学和实践教学的一种人才培养模式，是创新型人才培养的重要途径之一。本文研究了高校在学科竞赛驱动人才培养方面所进行的探索，并总结了学科竞赛对人才培养的重要作用，根据学科竞赛平台的现状提出三点思考和建议，对应用型本科院校推动汽车类创新型人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract： Universities pay more and more attention to the talent innovation spirit training. The academic competition is a kind of talent training mode based on the theory teaching and the practice teaching， which is one of the important ways to cultivate innovative talents. Universities pay more and more attention to the talent innovation spirit training. This paper studies the exploration of the academic competition driving talent training in universities， and summarizes the important role of academic competition in talent training. Based on the current situation of the academic competition platform， this paper puts forward three thoughts and suggestions， which have certain reference significance for application-oriented undergraduate universities to promote the cultivation of automobile innovative talents.

引言

应用型高校建设作为近年来高教发展的热点，其核心环节是实践教学，教学目标是提高学生创新创业能力。学科竞赛建立于课堂教学基础之上，以提高学生理论联系实际的能力和独立解决问题的能力为目的，要求学生在实践中发现问题、解决问题，从而提高学生的实践能力及创新创业能力。据国家统计局数据显示，近年来，普通本科毕业生数逐年增加，2018年已达386.83万人，学生就业压力显著，如何培养出适应用人单位需求、具备一定实践能力和创新能力的新时代大学生已成为高校人才培养的关注焦点。

传统的教学模式是在专业人才培养方案和课程大纲的要求下开展特定的理论教学和实践教学项目，学生通过学习虽然能够系统性掌握一定的专业知识，但通常是按部就班地完成既定项目的学习。学科竞赛是教学计划之外的实践活动，学生在竞赛项目中目标明确，指导教师积极引导、鼓励和帮助学生发现、分析并解决实际问题，拓宽专业知识，锻炼学生的创新能力、研究能力、团队协作能力等。……
