摘 要：道路交叉口是道路交通系统的核心，为了提高城市道路交叉口的安全性，基于本质安全的角度，在影响交叉口安全的人、车、道路环境三大因素基础上建立交叉口安全评价体系，然后确定体系中各项指标的权重，采用模糊综合评价的方法构建交叉口安全评价模型。应用该模型选取山西省太原市典型交叉口进行安全评价。实证表明：模糊评价模型能有效地反映城市交叉口的安全情况，取得比较满意的结果。

Abstract： The intersections are core road traffic system. In order to improve the safety of urban road intersections， on the basis of factor of people， vehicle and environment， intersection safety evaluation system is established based on the nature of the security. Then the weight of the indicators is researched ， also the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the security level of the intersection. A typical intersection of Taiyuan City is taken as an example， and its safety is used to be evaluated. Empirical evidence shows that this method can effectively reflect the security situation in the city intersection， and achieve satisfactory results.

1 前言

道路交叉口的功能是把道路相互连接，这样就构成道路网络，来自各个方向的交通流就在此交织和分流，各个方向的交通流在同一时间点汇入交叉口这点[1]，使得交叉口的流量大幅度地增加了，交叉路口频繁发生交通事故，由此可见，交叉口有着冲突点多、交通量大、盲区大、管理复杂等特点[2]。为了减少降低交通事故的发生率，提高交通安全性能，应客观地对道路交叉口的安全状况做出评价，同时提出改善措施以此提高交叉口的安全性能。

现在，很多学者都提出了对于交叉口的安全进行分析的方法，例如通过统计交通事故发生的数据进而分析的方法，还有通过分析交通沖突技术进行间接评价的方法 [3]，但是上述方法存在数据不准确或者评价范围受到限制使得无法进行评价。因此本文基于本质安全，这也正是本文的创新点所在，从“人—车—道路环……
