摘  要：为深入探究基于BIM技术培训高校青年骨干教師提升思政教育质量的路径，作者从BIM技术相关概述入手，对加强对高校青年骨干教师培养培训的必要性和重要性进行了全面而深入地分析，并在此基础上全方位、深层次地剖析了高校青年骨干教师培养培训现状以及基于BIM技术培训高校青年骨干教师的优势，最后探究了基于BIM技术培训高校青年骨干教师提升思政教育质量的路径，给出了笔者具有代表性的个人建议。

一、BIM技术相关概述

BIM是Building Information Modeling的简写，这种技术最早是由Autodesk公司在2002年提出。随着BIM技术的不断发展和完善，其已经在全世界范围内得到教育领域的认可。BIM技术能够让不同部门技术人员之间的联系更紧密，从而保障了工作的效率，而且其对于节约成本、实现可持续发展目标也非常有帮助。BIM技术核心是根据实际情况建立相应的虚拟三维模型，并且根据该三维模型开展后续的模拟工作。在这个过程中，还需要应用到数字化、智能化技术，为该模型的建立提供有效数据信息，保证三维模型的有效性和完整性。

二、加强对高校青年骨干教师培养培训的必要性和重要性

自高校扩招政策落实以来，国内各大高校涌入了越来越多的大学生，而在这个过程中，对师资力量必然提出了越来越高的要求。从目前的情况来看，国内高校教师队伍逐渐年轻化，很多年龄较大的、有着丰富教学经验的教师都已退休。……
